1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SHAKTI website (shakti-website-one.vercel.app) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. SHAKTI operates on a limited-drop model — once a colourway or product sells out, it will not be restocked. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. SHAKTI reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India via our logistics partner Shiprocket. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, public holidays, remote locations). A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Customised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within the return window. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Customisation Orders

Customised jerseys (with name, number, or initials) are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on customised orders once production has begun. Please review all customisation details carefully before placing your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product images, design assets, and text — is the exclusive property of SHAKTI and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. SHAKTI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

SHAKTI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

SHAKTI reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
